I updated my versa lite and it quit working... Screen went black and will not do anything. Fitbit sent me a new one. I've updated the new one and it started lagging and the screen was swiping by its self and glitching. My heart rate monitor quit working, my screen will not swipe now, and my battery drains in 1 day. So fitbit is sending me another new one. It will be the third one. Now I can't help but worry if the third one will need to be updated and if so will it break just like the other two. I asked the rep. on the phone if it's a known issue with versa lite, she said no, they've been a really great watch. Why do mine keep breaking?

Sorry to hear that this has been your experience up to this point. It is odd that you have had issues consecutively with your Versa lite and let me tell you that this isn't expected. Still you know your device is covered under Fitbit's warranty so if you need you can reach out to our Support team.
