Versa Lite died

So Sunday my fitbit Versa Lite wouldn't wake up and when it finally did all it had was a red X in a circle and the words Data not cleared sync again. I tried doing a restart but the same message kept coming up. Tried again today, Thursday, after charging and now it doesn't do anything and my phone can't find it.

Hi @ohhell Try doing a Factory Reset, but if that wont clear it you will need to contact Support.

BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2 AND VERSA LITE
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.
