Anyone tell me how to uninstall the latest update I uninstalled the app but still have a screen stuck on that I can't get rid of

Hi @Owlie36  you can't uninstall the update. Which Fitbit do you have?

Hi @Owlie36, welcome to the Community Forums!

 

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Just as our friend @Odyssey13 mentioned, it's not possible to uninstall a Fitbit app update nor a Versa Lite firmware update. To restart your Versa Lite, please follow the next steps and let me know if the issue persists:

 

  1.  For Fitbit Versa Lite Edition, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?
