Versa Lite does not power up

flashed some lines, then it went dark.

set to charge overnight with no change.

tried holding button down for a minute and got no response.

completely dead with only two months of usage.

help!

@guadalupet, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa Lite since it won't turn on or take a charge. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back.
