Versa Lite does not vibrate

Versa Lite does not vibrate, under any notice. What can be done? I reloaded Versa 5 times. But the vibration did not work ((((((( Even the alarm clock works without vibration. What should I do next? "Always
vibration" is enable.

Hi @Helen777.  On your Versa Lite, please swipe to settings > Vibration. change it to Strong. See if that takes care of it. If not, let us know. There are some trouble shooting tips on this Help page.

Hi Carol!

I put the vibration mode in Strong. Nothing helps. Dropped Versa to factory settings. Rebooted 5 times in a row. I tried everything. Nothing helps.
