I received a Versa Lite for Christmas, and it was working fine, but then the heart rate on screen was stuck at 123, even when I wasn't wearing it. I tried resyncing, shutting off HR, turning off blue tooth, shutting down, reinstalling the app, nothing worked so I did a factory reset.
Once that was done it then stated I needed an update. I have been trying to update since January 1st. I have tried numerous hours. The Versa screen just keeps telling me to install the fitbit app. The fit bit app keeps telling me I have an update.
Last night I committed to just letting it sit. I didn't use my phone the entire time because I found when I did, it stopped syncing it. So I plugged it in at 5:30pm, at 1am, when it was about 3/4s done, it said it was no longer connected.
The screen is back to stating that I need to install the app. So I did at 6:30am, and let it run until I needed to leave at 8. Nothing was happening on the Versa, my phone said synching but the bar wasn't moving.
I am beyond frustrated with this.
Can I plug this watch into my phone and update from online? If so please advise.
If I have a crappy watch, please advise.
Should I send this back and upgrade to the Versa 2, or move to the Charge 3. Of just skip the Fitbit product all together.
Please help me.
