My Versa Lite just wont switch on, I tried all the options listed in the community and also recharged it overnight. While charging the logo comes on the screen for some time and then goes blank.
I called customer support, also sent a mail (case id #38518482) and was asked to try the same troubleshooting things listed online.
And since the watch is out of warranty (purchased it in May 2019) I was shocked to hear that nothing can be done. No repair, no replacement, nothing.
I have seen there are multiple such complaints...really sad to see my money going down the drain. The watch didn't even last for 2 years....expected better from the company. Wouldn't recommend fitbit to anyone. Better purchase cheaper fitness bands so even if it goes bad won't feel much pain.

I'm also sorry to hear that your watch is no longer under the warranty period. The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of the first setup.
