Hello.
My Versa Lite switched itself off today and I'm unable to switch it on or restart it. Battery at the time was 25% when it did that and it's now charged to 100%. When trying to reset it's not responding for 30 sec and then it only vibrates once and stays off.
App saying its synced 😕
Any ideas what's up with it?

My Versa Lite will not respond to anything. After recent update, it stopped keeping the correct time, sync wouldn't work. I did all the troubleshooting procedures known and no luck. I decided to reset my Versa Lite and now it won't even set up. Its no longer connected to my account. Bluetooth scan doesn't even locate it. I've only had this watch for 9 months. I'm extremely frustrated and seeking answers and advice on how to resolve this issue. Please help.
