Versa Lite gone blank - Replacement process

My watch (Fitbit Versa Lite Smartwatch) was working perfectly but out of a sudden it went bank... I kept on charging it .. it shows green lightning n the back .

 

I would like to have a replacement please.

I sent Fitbit long time ago and till now they didnt reply back to me!!

Hi @Haya123  when you sent your Fitbit back, did you have a RMA (Return merchandise authorization) and a case number? If you sent it without these, it might take much longer.

@Haya123  you returned your Fitbit to them without getting prior approval? Fitbit customer support generally helps a person to work to fix the device before authorizing a return, if it's under warranty.

I sent the help desk not the watch!

I didnt send it but I need to have a replacement... and till now no one replied back to me.. what should I do

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
