Versa Lite has a blank screen

I have had my Versa Lite for about 6 months and a couple of days ago the screen stopped working. The tracker itself still works, however the face stays blank. I have attempted to restart it by holding down the back button, no updates are available, and I cannot see the screen to go into settings to restart it. Is there a fix for this or am I going to have to replace it?
