Yesterday I received an email saying someone had managed to change my account email address. I was able to change it back and reset my password. Since then, my Fitbit has stopped syncing. How can I force it to start syncing again?

Hi @catlover129 , logout of your account in your Fitbit app. Go to www.fitbit.com/consent. You'll get the Fitbit Dashboard to see and login there with you username and resetted password. Once logged in, go back again to your phone and login with the same username and password and sync it with your Versa. In principle this should solve the problem. Regards kuzibri
