My versa lite has been running consistently higher heart rate than normal, especially in comparison to an oximeter reading on the same hand. It was reading over 130bpm when the oximeter was reading less than 70bpm, while sitting still.
The only other submission I've seen with a similar issue was dismissed a few months ago by staff with a response of 'many things can affect the readings'. For me, this has been going on for days, after restarting and even factory resetting the watch and app. I haven't seen any further response from the staff, and support is unreachable. I understand being busy, but it didn't even give me the option to hold for a chat.
About ready to give up on this watch and Fitbit with all the issues tbh. I know it's not the newest model but it feels like it's just been kinda left in the dust by the creators.
