Anyone having problems with the heart rate monitor on Versa lite. When I’m exercising it’s says I’m below heart rate but I can be standing still and it will read 150. Tried resetting it cleaning it. Nothing helps

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
