Versa Lite is dead

I bought a Versa Lite several months ago, but it is totally dead today. I have tried to hold the left button to 'RESTART' it, but the screen is still black. The only proof I thought it is still alive is the green light of this watch's back, it's keeping flashing!  So how can I fix it? Does anybody have the same problem? Thank you.

Hi @Summytone  As you have tried restarting the Versa Lite and that didnt help I'd suggest you contact Support.
