Unfortunately the clock is not working, I tried to reconnect to the bluetooth and the charge was full, but the screen is still black and the time or anything else does not appear! Do you know what happened?

I tried recharging the watch and the screen only works after disconnecting the charger, meaning that when I put it on my hand with the charging complete it doesn't work. I don’t know why. I read some of the data available on the site, but I have not yet understood why this occurs.
