My Versa Lite is fairly new, I use it for work daily!!!
One day out of know where, it got stuck on
” Data Not Cleared” Sync and try again.
that is what is says on the face of the watch.
I have tried everything.
I googled, I researched everything.
I even tried brining it back to factory settings.
Deleting the app of my phone. Nothing works. It is very frustrating. I do not have much time to call you during the day. If you can please offer some advice, I would appreciate it. Like I said, I bought this to use for work. Very disappointed at this time.

Thanks for sharing detailed information about your Versa Lite and the steps you've tried. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Let me explain that the Data Not Cleared screen usually appears when your watch has a pending firmware update or after performing a factory reset and to work on this together, I'd recommend to give a try to these other steps:
- Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and forget your Versa Lite from the list.
- Turn off the Bluetooth on your phone and from any other device that is nearby.
- Make sure the Fitbit app is updated and reboot your phone.
- Turn on the Bluetooth only in your phone.
- Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile icon > Set Up a Device.
- Choose your Versa Lite, tap on replace device and follow the onscreen instructions.
