My Versa Lite is fairly new, I use it for work daily!!!
One day out of know where, it got stuck on
” Data Not Cleared” Sync and try again.
that is what is says on the face of the watch.
I have tried everything.
I googled, I researched everything.
I even tried brining it back to factory settings.
Deleting the app of my phone. Nothing works. It is very frustrating. I do not have much time to call you during the day. If you can please offer some advice, I would appreciate it. Like I said, I bought this to use for work. Very disappointed at this time.

Thanks for sharing detailed information about your Versa Lite and the steps you've tried. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Let me explain that the Data Not Cleared screen usually appears when your watch has a pending firmware update or after performing a factory reset and to work on this together, I'd recommend to give a try to these other steps:
