Versa Lite loses time

For the past 2 weeks my Versa Lite is losing about 25 minutes every day. Every morning I'm having sync, reconnect my watch to my phone and it takes forever. I've removed the app, asked my phone to forget the device, rebooted the phone. Literally all the suggestions in this Fitbit community forum to no avail. It is so frustrating. The watch was only purchased Feb 2020, surely it should last longer than that. Any ideas clever people?

In all probability the watch is faulty, possibly from a recent update. Watches should not lose that amount of time, ever.

Its quite a common issue where the watch starts to lose time.

Very often this is hidden by regular syncing and if that stops the problem becomes apparent.

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

It's happening exactly the same with me, since the last update! I'm so UPSET because now I can't use it even as a watch and they are ignoring me to fix it.

I contacted customer support and they've replaced the Fitbit...no problems.
Didn't even have to battle for it.

Hope you have better luck than I did with my replacement, which has gone exactly the same as the original, having the same problems as you had.
