My versa lite is losing minutes every hour. I have done all the reset in previous helps. At midnight I got it working OK but now it is 3 hours behind, trouble syncing

Hello @Leasewelcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for your post and for restarting your Versa Lite before posting over here. Let me share with you that our Fitbit devices use your mobile device information to display the time with the syncing process, therefore, by simply syncing your Fitbit it should display the time that’s configured on your phone.

However, this may also be fixed by updating the time zone in your Personal Settings. For step-by-step instructions, please check our help article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

Let me know if further assistance is needed, I’ll be here.

Nope that didn't work.

I have tried resetting the watch.
I have uninstalled. Reinstalled
Some times it catches up when I do a long walk.
Currently it is say 1.22pm
It just keeps losing a few hours every night and a few minutes during the day.
I have turned blue tooth off and on.
Software is up to date.
I use a fitbit clock.
Paired to Samsung s10.

It will not sync, tried leaving it, fully charging it, tried the automatic time.

Nothing

Your reply is appreciated @Lease.

If you're having syncing difficulties with your Versa Lite, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

Let me know if further assistance is needed and if you have any additional questions.
