My Versa Lite stopped keeping time about 3 weeks ago. I have to sync it in order to correct it. Anyone else having this problem? If so, we’re you able to fix it? I’ve deleted the Fitbit and app and reinstalled it. I also updated it and it’s still about a half hour off by the evening.

Let me share with you that our Fitbit devices use your mobile device information to display the time with the syncing process, therefore, by simply syncing your Versa Lite it should display the time that’s configured on your phone. However, this may also be fixed by updating the time zone in your Personal Settings. Did this answer your question.? I have the same issue with the Versa 3. By the end of the day the time is way off unless I constantly keep it near my phone and synching all day. Horrible watch and unless I can fix it, it will be the last straw pushing me to Garmin

Hi, this is happening to my Versa lite as well. This is the second Versa lite that I have had, my first one started to do within a year of receiving it as a gift. This second one is s now doing the same thing. The time is off by an hour, it won't sync with my phone automatically, I have to force it to sync daily which can take hours to do.
I have done all the trouble shooting suggested and nothing seems to work. Really upsetting and annoying to have a watch that doesn't keep to time.
Any suggestions how I can rectify the issue?
