Bought my Versa Lite in May. Worked fine for 4 months. Then when the update was available it stopped syncing. It would not update either.
I tried to reset both my fitbit and my phone. Forgort the device on Bluetooth and unpaired the device from the app. But now I cannot even get the fitbit to pair again! Any help appreciated.

Yes @KMB1989 telling fitbit that you do not want to use the tracker will not fix a communication issue. We still have to fix your no sync problem so that you can ssd setup the tracker.
Let's check the sync tips out. Sorry but without knowing the phone cant give specifics.
