Versa Lite not picking up exercise automatically

I’ve had my versa lite for over 3 months but it’s all of a sudden stop picking up and walking exercise do, automatically. Does anyone know how to fix this? 

I’ve logged out of the app and reset my watch

Do you have the same time to register all the exercises? I would recommend changing the time for your walking exercise in order to register it:

Yes they are all set to 15minutes. What else could it be?

I also have the same issue and fitbit are not giving me any answers as to why all of a sudden after 7 months of my versa auto recognising my exercise i am now having to manually input my exercise as it won't log automatically. I am positive there is an issue but keep being told there isn't x

Hi it’s still not working. Do I need to return my watch to the store I bought it from?
