Versa Lite not receiving notifications.

I am two weeks into using my Versa Lite. From the beginning I have not been able to receive notifications on my Versa Lite.  Then I started to receive notifications but only from one person. Then no notifications. The two days in a row only notifications after 8pm now none....Making me crazy and I cannot seem to fix it.   Please help.

@NovaLin welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa Lite since it's not receiving notifications.

 

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor the notifications and see if the issue gets fixed.

 

As a side note, I'd like to know what is the the brand and model of your phone.

Thank you for responding...I have tried all those. Hits usually hit and miss when they show up. Received notifications at dinner table, (I know, shouldn’t have phone at dinner table.lol) then didn’t receive them when I went into living room. I have an HTC One M8. Thanks for any info....
