I’ve had my 2nd Versa now for about 6 months, last week noticed the battery diminishing a lot quicker, had to charge it twice a day! Contacted support and they told me to change my clock face to a Fitbit one (not a third party). A day later my watch completely died, wouldn’t turn on. Same exact thing happened to my first versa. Luckily customer service was great and have a replacement on the way. But obviously there is an issue.

@Mattb787 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry about the battery draining issue that your Versa experienced. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate your feedback since this helps us to keep improving. Nevertheless, I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track soon.
