Purchased the Versa Lite 6 months ago, had no issues with the exception of some syncing issues. Now it stopped sending me text, phone & email notifications. Customer service is completely worthless(not their fault, they do what they are directed to do) Fitbit does not stand behind their products. The manager told me it is a known issue and I have to wait for them to figure out the issue. They lost a customer!

@OienR, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear about the notifications issue that your Fitbit Versa Lite is experiencing. I totally understand how you feel about this.

The notifications on my fitbit versa lite no longer work unless I restart my Moto 3 Play phone every day. This has been going on for a few months now. Sync shuts down completely after a few days and doesn't even recognize steps.
The other fitbit versa lite connecting to a Samsung S9 does not send any notifications ever since the latest firmware update. That fitbit will at least notify of calls, but nothing else.
