Like everyone else, I am no longer getting text or call notifications on my Versa Lite since the iOS 13 update on 9/19/2019. I’ve read the official advice and steps to take. None of that worked for my iPhone. I think I’m mostly pissed because I just bought my Versa Lite a couple months ago and now these essential functions no longer work. I don’t like the false advertising with the Versa 2. It cannot provide text/call notifications for all smartphones at this time. I’ve been an avid Fitbit customer for 4 years. I’ve recommended Fitbits to my friends and family. Now, I will buy an Apple Watch and recommend the same to others. Apple will only continue to update their operating systems and Fitbit has proven that they cannot keep up with those advances.

I am also extremely frustrated that I bought this Versa in September instead of the iwatch. Now I am unable to receive crucial message notifications. We have been over a week on this issue. If it does not resolve quickly I will be forced to no longer have a fitbit and make the change to the iwatch.

If it makes you feel any better, I have an original versa. I NEED the text and phone features to work for my job. Since my I phone updated last night, I have neither! A few months ago, all my pandora stations on the watch also vanished. At least that was a luxuary!.

Was this ever resolved? I have a Fitbit Versa lite and I STILL can’t receive texts from my iPhone. I can get calls, Snapchat notifications, but not texts. I have gone through every step posted by Fitbit and still not getting texts.

Is there any idea when the fitbit will be updated to receive texts?? I am soooo mad. I just upgraded after having a Charge2 for 2 years. This is ridiculous and false advertising. The fitbit is not compatible with all smartphones. Please advise.

I am having the same issue of not receiving text messages, one of the main reasons I got the Versa. I have followed all the trouble shooting, deleted my app and reinstalled, and did a factory reset. I want a new device. My husband has the same Versa and phone and does not have a problem. Fix this or send new ones.

this is not good enough it is November and the problem is still not fixed. My Fitbit Versa Lite does not receive notifications. I want a refund? You advertised a product that simply does not work!

Even i am not getting notifications in my versa lite. But i am using android mobile. This is disgusting. I never recommend versa lite to anyone. This is cheap device with no features working. Worst product i choosed. Please don't buy versa lite.

The versa people never know estimates and they are not proper planners. If dumbs are sitting at high level then the companies will be like this only. So many people are facing the problems. They don't even have any customer care services or something for this. I hate them.
