My versa will NOT receive texts from my Samsung s10. I never used to have a problem and out if no where it just stopped. I've reset, restarted, deleted, unpaired and checked every notification setting there is! Help!!

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, monitor your watch and see if it receives notifications.

I'm not receiving text notifications on my versa 2. I have a S10+. It worked fine till last week when it just stopped receiving notifications. I've done all the troubleshooting. I've even factory reset my versa. Please help. I don't really wanna call and have to get a new 1.
I am having the same issue. All other notifications are coming through fine, except for text messages. I have restarted. factory reset, app reset, unpaired, paired, resent all apps on my phone (Galaxy S10). Nothing has worked.
When you factory reset your device did it automatically come back on? Because mine did not and I can’t get it back on

Best AnswerI'm having the same issue not receiving my text message notifications, since the system update. I have done everything from restarting, impairing and removing the whole Fitbit app and nothing is working.
Best AnswerThe service tech said they are working on it. When I asked how long should I give them they said they didn't have an answer for that. So I'm giving them till friday and then I'm calling to get it replaced.

I also got a versa 2 from costco yesterday. Everything works great. Even phone calls show on the versa 2 when someone calls. But test messages are not showing. I tried everything and no show.
It's a combination of the firmware and mobile app update. It has affected Samsung users. There's lots of users commenting on the mobile app regarding this issue.
The firmware update is affecting some Android users in getting notifications. In addition the mobile app has also caused this issue which may be causing your issues.
Samsung users have been impacted with both updates per the posts in the forum and the comments on the mobile app.
Best AnswerMy versa 2 got few days ago from Costco calls come through but not text messages. Not sure what happened but all of a sudden just now saw text messages. Not sure why. No changes to the app or watch but it just started working.
