Hello I have a versa lite and I'm not recieving my text messages phone calls are coming through just not my messages I've done all the uninstalling and etc and nothing helps I recently just got a replacement as well  I have Samsung galaxy s10e.

I would like to know what is the brand and model of your phone.

 

In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
