Versa Lite not syncing with Samsung Note 9

My Versa lite doesnt buzz or receive emails from my Samsung Note 9 phone. WHY. Bluetooth is on and its synchronised.  I use a cellular network.

Let me help you with your Versa's notifications and sync. Make sure it isn't in the do not disturb mode by long pressing the left button and check that Notifications are on. Regarding syncing your device you can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

Excellent information giving me other information I needed. AND i had
inadvertently flicked OFF the Notifications button on my Fitbit Versa
lite. Thank you
