I’ve had my Versa Lite for almost a month. First two weeks I loved it- perfect with everything I want it to do. Since then it won’t sync in real time. If a go into the app and ask it to sync it will, but it will not stay connected long enough to sync messages, weather, runs, etc. I’m almost at my return window on Amazon, and I really hate to return it. Please don’t tell me to restart the device or my phone. I’ve tried all the usual suggestions. I even restored it to factory settings and reinstalled it once. Please convince me not to return it!

If you haven’t tried this, it might help: open the app on your smart phone, click on your profile, click on your device (mine is a Charge 3), select Clock Face, and change the clock face to a different option. Not sure how, but it’s what worked for me and several others. I don’t think any staff member from Fitbit is responding because this incident titled “App is unable to update/install” was deemed ‘resolved and closed’. Change your clock face and if that doesn’t work, then open a new incident with a similar but different subject line.

Thanks for the suggestion but I can’t change the clock face because it won’t pair. It syncs once but doesn’t stay connected long enough to change anything!
