Versa Steps and Calories Not Showing

I have had the Versa less than a year. This weekend, I updated my email on the app and that was a mess. Finally, I got the app to work, but now my Versa is not working right. I can scroll through actual screens, but not through calories or steps. In fact, I see the footprint icon but not the number of steps.

I have scoured the boards and I have tried everything--turning this on and off three times, updating in the app to show all, refreshing, turning the bluetooth on and off.

Thanks for the detailed information shared and the troubleshooting tried. I appreciate the research done prior to posting. 

I would like you to confirm you've tried restarting it and check if you get it showing your steps and calories burned after this. If you're still not seeing it, please provide me with a picture of the data you get on your watch.
