I am seeing others with the same problem. It was working just fine and then it started to loose time and not syncing all the time now. Then it finally just stopped working. I do not shower with it on or swim with it. Not sure what to do now.

Hi @firechiefmom, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa Lite since it stopped syncing properly and now it won't turn on.
Please let me know if your Versa Lite turns on or vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it gets back to life.
Regarding the syncing issue, follow the troubleshooting steps that are included in this help page.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

Hello,
I charge the Fitbit just fine. The problem is coming several hours after I take it off of charge. It will start losing time and not syncing. Then it looses more time before it is time to recharge it. So, for a few days I can not use it for the time and then when I get my weekly summaries, they are not correct. Not sure where to go from here.
