Hi, I’m after a little help please
I bought my Versa Lite at the beginning of the year. Worked fine. I started noticing that the time was lagging and it wasn’t regularly syncing. It then came to stop.
My bluetooth (iphone) won’t even find the device now. I also deleted and redownloaded the fitbit app, and nothing seems to find the watch.
Very frustrating and hoping you will be able to help. Is a lot of money to spend to be getting no use of.
The watch seems to work fine when charged, just won’t be found. I’ve also tried restarting the watch several times. It’s like it’s disappeared entirely and I’m really not very happy.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

Thank you for your reply.
I already tried all of these things before contacting you. I checked all the different things and nothing. It’s like it just stopped working one day and I am at a complete loss as to what to do with it.
I’d appreciate if you could tell me what the next step would be. Really disappointed as it’s not even a year old.

Hello,
I'm getting the same issue as well for Versa Lite.
I've tried the following steps:
1. Log out of the Fitbit app and force shut the app by swiping up
2. uninstall the Fitbit App from your device
3. now completely shut down your device and wait about 1 min then restart your device
4. once your device has reloaded reinstall the Fitbit app by downloading it from the App Store
5. once it’s installed, log into your device as you normally would with username and password
6. don’t touch anything in the app...just wait until you get a prompt from your Bluetooth.

I also have the same issue with the Versa lite. I removed it from the app and connected it again. Put in the 4 digits to reconnect. That’s was fine then when I tried to sync again 10 mins later, again ‘ no device found’ . I now have an expensive bracelet as it is always the wrong time. Help ?
