Versa Lite not tracking exercise details

When I pull up the details of my workout it is blank. My heart rate function, steps, sleep etc is working but just not the exercise details of my heart rate. Any ideas how to fix? I’ve rebooted my Fitbit and reinstalled my app.

Hi @Mharrelson, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.

 

Regarding the exercise details missing on your Fitbit Versa Lite, I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

In the meantime, try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data.
