Versa Lite not working

I have had 2 Fitbit watches since September last year one stopped working in December and my wife bought me a new Versa lite for Christmas which has crashed after 6 months is anyone else’s experiencing similar problems

Hi

Yes they sent me some labels to print off so I can send the watches back. Unfortunately I don’t have a printer and as I am not at work at the moment I have no access to one

So I can’t send them back yet
