I have just received a free replacement Fitbit Versa Lite and as I'm trying to set up the device, it's asked me to update it. I'm trying to update the device but it keeps resetting itself every 5 minutes. Does anyone have a suggestion?

Hi @DihanSardar, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa Lite since it resets by itself when trying to update its firmware and set it up.

 

Please reset your watch manually as described in this help article. After this, follow the setup process as described in this help page. Finally, follow the steps listed in this article in order to update your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
