Versa Lite screen corrupted

My Fitbit Versa Lite's screen isn't switching on. It shows lines of colour but no picture. I have tried all the restart and reset tricks as well as charging my watch to 100% but no picture still. 

 

This only happened after I updated the software. Please help.

As a last resort, please try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
