The Versa lite is frustrating me and is useless and not responding to anything. It goes to the the Fitbit screen and freezes randomly many, many times a day. I can’t rely on it because it loses time, freezes up and the battery doesn’t last 24 hours. I have done all the trouble shooting suggestions. I have talked to customer service who had me do a reset and sync, AGAIN! Which help for 40
seconds until it froze again. I have done factory resets, I have hooked it up to the computer. It’s only 2 months old!
Is this happening to anyone else’s versa lite?
