I just received my Versa lite as a gift a few weeks ago and it’s glitching. Half of the time screen will show up, or just part of it will appear. HELP!!

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend restarting your watch by following these steps: How do I restart my Fitbit device? 

Also, I was wondering if you're using a third-party clock face? If you're, please try changing the clock face to a different one or preferible to one developed by Fitbit to see if the issue is coming from the currently clock face of your Versa Lite.
