Versa Lite screen not working properly

My husband versa is displaying a white circle and a thin grey boarder when he presses to bring up clock face, hope you can advise this  as is the second time we have had problems and has already been sent away for repair.

Hi there, @Deb1960. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. I understand where you're coming from. 

To better assist you, would you mind sending a photo of the white circle you're referring to? In order to add a photo to your reply please: 

  • When you're in the reply page, click on the Insert Photos icon (the little camera). 
  • Then, click on the Choose File in the middle of the grey window that will pop up. 
  • Search for the photo on your computer or phone and click on Open.
  • Once the image shows up in the grey windows, select the size and the position and click on Done.

In the meantime, please restart the Versa Lite as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I'm having a similar issue. I have a light line on the edge of my versa lite screen. I am also unable to stop my workout session and have to cut it off for it to stop and record.
