All of a sudden my Versa Lite has become unreadable outside, even if it's not bright sunlight. This makes the watch useless for outside activities. Help!

Hi there, @CaroleV. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Versa Lite is too dim. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you!
Have you checked if your Versa Lite is in sleep mode? When sleep mode is on:
If the above doesn't describe your issue, I'd recommend the following steps:
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Thanks for your reply but none of that worked. Frankly I am just tired of having to fiddle with this thing on a regular basis to try to get it to do what it is supposed to do and on top of that, I have to charge it every 24 hours. I have ordered a Garmin.
