Bought a Fitbit versa light 25/5 started wearing it on the 26/5 by lunch time screen went black cannot do anything now is this the same issue that other users are having ? I’ve deleted and reinstalled app still nothing, have uninstalled the the device and tried set up new device but can’t see the 4 digit code to add as screen is black, do I just wait and see or is my watch faulty

I've seen that you contacted our Support Team just right after sending your post and it seems that the retailer where you bought your Versa Lite from replaced it with a new one.
