Versa Lite screen went blank

Hi,

 

I have a Versa lite and the screen has gone black.  It is fully charged and is still recording steps/stats but the screen face is not popping up.  I've tried holding down the button on the side to turn it off, changed/deleted clock faces, and read through a few community threads.  Not sure what to do since nothing seems to work.  Please advise.
