Versa Lite screen went blank

My Versa Lite won't turn on or show anything on its' display screen. It's totally black, and it won't do a factory reset either.

 

It holds a charge and can sync up to my phone, but it loses its' charge within about 5-7 hours (the green light on the back won't stop flashing).

 

Any thoughts or help suggestions?

Hi there, @Bethieluth. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa Lite before reaching out. 

 

Please restart your Versa Lite as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face. 

 

Once you manage to turn on the screen on your watch, please troubleshoot the battery by following the tips and recommendations provided in this help article Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?

@Bethieluth Welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the screen and battery draining issues that your Versa Lite has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get them resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please try a regular restart, as described in this help article. After this, please try the tips listed in this help page in order to improve the battery life of your Fitbit device.

 

Finally, monitor your watch and see if the screen works properly and the battery doesn't drain fast.

Don't factory reset the thing unless support tells you to.

Please  try to change the clock face on your device, please follow these instructions:
With your device nearby, in the Fitbit App, tap the today tab
Tap on your profile picture.
Tap on your device image.
Tap the gallery clocks tab
Browse the available clock faces.
Tap the clock face you want.
