Versa Lite screen went blank

Have read all the forums on this subject and have tried to reset but screen is black so it won’t show a reset. Checked screen brightness, changed clock, removed device and reset it and nothing has worked. The app is showing activity and tracking steps and sleep etc as I have worn it to check and the green light flashes and I receive alert vibrations. I don’t know what else to do. It’s only been used for 16 months, surely they must last longer than this based on the price of it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi @JimDaly - you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.

If it is still under warranty, 1 or 2 years depending on country law, and found faulty the quickest way to resolve it is to take it to the shop for a new replacement, hopefully over the counter.

Thank you for this response, my Fitbit is less than 2 years old so could qualify for warranty replacement. It was brought direct from Fit Bit not from a retailer, can I contact Fit Bit direct requesting a warranty replacement

Thanks Jim Daly
