My versa lite screen is frozon. It will not swipe up or sideways. I have only had itbsince Christmas. I have reset it several times it still is not working.

Let me help you with your Versa lite not working as it should and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try changing the clock face if it is still syncing. I also noticed that you reached out to our Support team
