Hi all friends,

 

i have Versa Lite, i seen the charger working normally, but won't charging. please see a picture, can somebody help me.

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend restarting your Versa Lite. For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

If you continue having difficulties, see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
