My Versa Lite won't connect no matter what I do. I've tried everything online including restarting three times, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and forgetting the device in Bluetooth settings. I reverted to factory default and now it won't connect at all. Whenever I pair it, it finds it but won't connect. Please help

Thanks for troubleshooting this setup issue. I would like to know if you keep having problems pairing your watch? If so, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there.
