Hi, my Versa Lite side button has stopped working so I can’t do a reset or go back from any screen I get to. Any suggestions? Thankyou

Please try cleaning around the button with a toothpick in order to remove any dust or moisture that may be affecting the functionality of your watch. Finally, restart your watch as described in this help article.
