This is my first day wearing my Versa lite, and it is tracking steps I know I haven’t taken.  I’ve been at my desk all day but it is showing over 3800 steps.   
this is not possible.  
Can you help me?

Hi @Alimymy, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa Lite is tracking extra steps even though when you are at your desk. I totally understand how you feel about this.

 

Please restart your Versa Lite as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page which explains why your Fitbit device may count extra steps.

 

Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
